Notice is hereby given that the Borough of Chambersburg Planning and Zoning Commission will meet to review and discuss the items below on TUESDAY, APRIL 1, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers on the First Floor of the Utility Departments Addition to Borough Hall, 100 South Second Street, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.
- Call meeting to order.
- Review and discuss Borough Plan RE-1618, a Final Land Development Plan for E Squared Land Holdings, LLC, to construct a building on the corner of Stouffer Avenue and Kennebec Drive to be occupied by a dentist.
- Consider approval of minutes of the March 4, 2025 meeting.
- Other matters as presented.
- Adjourn with the next regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, May 6, 2025.
