
The Chambersburg Police Department has issued warrants for four suspects accused of orchestrating a theft by deception at a local Family Dollar store. The incident, which resulted in a loss of $2,522, involved the suspects tricking a cashier into loading five gift cards with the stolen amount.
The suspects, identified as Aaron Tamone Turner, Michael William-Scott, Jasmine Adrianna Cockhern, and Amontaie Cincere Evans, are all charged with Conspiracy to Commit Theft by Deception (F3). They are each 20 years old.
Details of the Warrants:
- Aaron Tamone Turner is described as a 5′ 8″ tall male, weighing 230 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.
- Michael William-Scott is listed as 5′ 6″ tall, weighing 130 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.
- Jasmine Adrianna Cockhern is a 5′ 7″ tall female, weighing 175 lbs, also with black hair and brown eyes.
- Amontaie Cincere Evans stands 6′ 5″ tall, weighs 175 lbs, and has black hair and brown eyes.




All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
The alleged conspiracy took place at the Family Dollar located at 221 Southgate Mall, Chambersburg, PA. The warrants were issued on March 14, 2025.
