Downtown Chambersburg Inc. (DCI) is actively seeking new businesses to join its downtown community. Two retail spaces are currently available at 103 N. Main Street, which used to house Council For the Arts, and 115A S. Main Street, the former home of L&L Creations. These open storefronts offer opportunities for businesses aiming to establish themselves in the heart of Chambersburg.
DCI, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is dedicated to supporting business growth in the downtown Chambersburg district. DCI helps businesses relocate to downtown Chambersburg, provides resources for new entrepreneurs, and collaborates with realtors and property owners to enhance economic development. In addition, they provide social media exposure to downtown businesses through their online presence.
“Our downtown is thriving, and we welcome new businesses to join this exciting growth,” says Sam Thrush, president of DCI. “With a strong sense of community, a loyal customer base, and ongoing revitalization efforts, downtown Chambersburg is an ideal place for businesses to flourish. Both storefronts are situated along the bustling Route 11. The storefront at 103 N. Main Street is adjacent to ReMix Design and directly across from the Coyle Free Library. The 115A South Main Street storefront is located on a block bustling with new development. It sits across from the soon-to-be Berg Brewing and Neighbors Food Hall and next to the former Molly Pitcher Waffle Shop, which is currently being transformed into a new restaurant called “Waffles & Shine.”
