The final Book Drop-Off Day for the 39th Annual Friends of Legal Services Book Sale will be this coming Saturday, March 15, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, at the rear of the MobileWorks building, 2116 Lincoln Way East, Chambersburg (next to the former location of Snavely’s Garden Corner).
The group accepts new and used books of all types in good condition, plus CDs (including audio books), DVDs, sheet music, puzzles, and board games, but not encyclopedias, textbooks, or phonograph records.
Book donations will also be accepted for a two-week period, April 7 through 20, at a number of local businesses, to be announced later in the month.
The sale itself will take place on Friday, May 30 through Sunday, June 1, at Laird Hall on the Wilson College campus in Chambersburg.
