Miranda’s project, “Diabetic Door Dash,” delivers personalized, healthy meal kits directly to individuals with diabetes. This initiative aims to make nutritious food more accessible and tailored to the specific needs of those managing diabetes.
Carly’s initiative, “Well Wheels,” focuses on providing reliable transportation for patients to access healthcare services. This project is crucial in removing transportation barriers that can prevent essential medical care.
